Return & Exchange Policy

At THEVINKOLUX, we curate timepieces of exceptional heritage and precision. We understand that selecting a luxury watch is a personal journey. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are here to assist with a seamless return or exchange process.

1. Eligibility Window

  • Returns: Must be initiated within 7 days of the date of delivery or in-store purchase.

  • Exchanges: Must be initiated within 14 days of the date of delivery or in-store purchase.

2. Condition of the Timepiece

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in "Boutique Fresh" condition:

  • Unworn & Unaltered: No scratches, scuffs, or resizing of the bracelet (links must not have been removed).

  • Security Seals: All original factory plastic seals and "void if removed" tags must be intact.

  • Complete Packaging: Must include the original box, travel case, user manual, and hangtags.

  • Documentation: The Original Warranty Card (stamped and dated) and the Invoice must be returned.

Note: We cannot accept returns on watches where the warranty has been registered in the manufacturer’s digital database or if the physical warranty card is missing.

3. The Return Process

  1. Request: Contact our Concierge Team at [Email/Phone] to request a Return Authorization (RA).

  2. Inspection: All returns are subject to a technical inspection by our in-house horologists to verify the movement and authenticity. This process typically takes 48–72 hours.

  3. Logistics: For domestic returns, we provide a secure, insured pick-up service. A nominal restocking/insurance fee of [Amount, e.g., ₹2,500] may apply.

4. Refunds & Credits

  • Refund Method: Approved returns will be credited back to the original payment method.

  • Timeline: Please allow 7–10 business days for the credit to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

  • Store Credit: You may opt for store credit, which remains valid for 12 months and can be used across our entire collection.

5. Exclusions

  • Special Orders: Watches ordered specifically for a client (not in current stock) are considered Final Sale.

  • Personalized Items: Any timepiece with custom engraving cannot be returned or exchanged.
